Ballantyne Gear Recognized by NIOSH’s Center for Construction Research and Training (CPWR)

The Eveook Fall Protection System by Ballantyne Gear, for commercial and residential sloped roofs, has been recognized by the Center for Construction Research and Training (CPWR) and is recommended as one of their CPWR Construction Solutions. It is the only system recognized under the category of Non-penetrating Fall Protection.

CPWR serves as the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health's (NIOSH) National Construction Center and in this role conducts safety and health research under a cooperative agreement with NIOSH.

This recognition involved research and investigations by CPWR, including presentations by Ballantyne Gear to the National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA) Construction Sector Council Fall Group and to the annual NIOSH-NORA Construction Sector Council, in Washington D.C., with universities and other research facilities also attending online.

Ballantyne Gear is much more than just meeting OSHA requirements. It is about being safe, using gear that workers want to use, increasing production, and businesses creating goodwill with their customers.
