We offer both on-site and off-site training. Most all of our customers choose on-site training at our facility in McKinney, Texas.

*Trainings scheduled off-site must be pre-approved by Ballantyne Gear and certain conditions must be met. Contact us for more details at info@ballantynegear.com or 1 (888) 996 - 3565.

On-site Training

Training at our facility will be $500 per person for a 2-day training course, up to 8 people, includes Two Person Installation from Ladders, Support Lines, Secondary Anchor Lines, and Lifelines etc. 

Off-site Training
$7,000 for a 3-day training course + $2,200 for travel expenses. Training is for up to 8 persons. Customer will provide a house or structure that meets the requirements of Ballantyne Gear.  Training will cover the same material as our on-site training. This is for training within the contiguous United States.

TECHNICAL MANUAL

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Unless otherwise instructed or required, shipping will be by ground.

Customers may request faster delivery for a fee.

Products are normally shipped through UPS, FedEx, and DHL.  However other shipping companies may be used.
