Refund policy

Returns

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
• It must have the original tags and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance determining whether an exchange or replacement is appropriate, contact us at info@ballantynegear.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 3 business days and we will replace it when appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
