At Ballantyne Gear, we’re committed to delivering your equipment quickly, reliably, and with full transparency. Because our products include precision-engineered components fulfilled from multiple U.S. locations, shipping costs and timelines may vary. This page outlines exactly what to expect with every order.

Processing Times

• Most orders ship within 3 business days.
• You will receive an order confirmation immediately.
• A shipping confirmation is sent when your first package ships.

Multiple Shipments

Many Ballantyne Gear systems include several engineered components fulfilled from separate facilities.

• Full Eveook™ Systems may arrive in multiple shipments (often three).
• You can find additional tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.
• Our team can provide updates for all packages upon request at info@ballantynegear.com.

Shipments may arrive on different days depending on carrier routing and availability.

Shipping Methods

Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped via ground services from major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Other carriers may be used when appropriate.

Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order whenever possible.

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

Shipping fees are based on actual carrier-calculated rates, which vary depending on:
• Destination
• Package dimensions
• Carrier availability
• Items included in the order

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments

If any part of your order arrives damaged, delayed, or missing:
• Contact us within 3 business days
• Email info@ballantynegear.com with your order number

We will coordinate with the carrier and replace affected components when appropriate.
